The City of Kastah
Kastah was once a sheltered island, protected from the conclicts and politics of the Falorian mainland. They managed two iteration of rebuilding their civilization without involving outsiders, becoming experts in harvesting materials from the barren and hot landscape. It wasnt until the recent troubles with Ethna that they decided to open the sea route once more, allowing outsiders to visit their island.
The Kastari has a very drawn back personality towards mainland people and usually only socialize amongst themselves. The best bet to get close with them are either in the tavern where the tails and stories about the island often can be heard over the tables. Most adventurers however seem to gather in the local depot, bragging about their feats and showing off their spoils gathered from the island.
The sewers, essential to the survival of the Kastari people, is a very well-regulated area. Trespassing the wrong area may result in hefty fines with the locals and troublemakers has long had a keen eye on interrupting the water supply from below.
